Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 24, 2026 · Last Updated: June 24, 2026
AI Saige, LLC (“AI Saige,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website at aisaige.io, communicate with us, use our services, or interact with our recruitment process.
By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Our Role
This Privacy Policy applies to AI Saige’s own website and business activities, including our interactions with website visitors, prospective and current clients, and job applicants.
AI Saige builds and operates AI-powered intake systems, chatbots, SMS automation, and voice agents for our business clients (such as law firms and real estate and insurance professionals). Because of this, we handle data in two different roles:
- As a business (data controller). When you contact us, become our client, or apply to work with us, AI Saige decides how your information is used. This policy governs that information.
- As a service provider for our clients. When we operate SMS, chatbot, or voice systems on behalf of a business client, that client’s leads, customers, or patients are contacted under the client’s direction. In those cases, our client determines how the data is used, and the client’s own privacy policy and consent terms govern that communication. We process that data only to provide services to our client and under a separate written agreement with that client.
If you received a text or call and are unsure who is contacting you, the message or call will identify the business on whose behalf it is sent.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and other details you provide through forms or communication.
- Usage and Device Information: How you use our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages visited.
- Communications Data: Phone numbers; the content of text messages and calls; call recordings; AI-generated voice transcripts; and message and call metadata such as timestamps, call duration, delivery status, and call outcomes.
- Client Information: Business details, communication history, project and account information, and payment data necessary to deliver our services.
- Applicant Information: Information submitted in job applications, such as resumes, cover letters, screening answers, and recordings from AI voice screenings.
- Cookies and Tracking Data: Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising identifiers (see Section 4).
Sensitive Information. Some systems we operate on behalf of clients (for example, intake systems for personal injury law firms) may collect sensitive information, such as details about an injury, health condition, or incident. The categories of information collected through those systems are determined by our client, and we process that information solely as the client’s service provider, on the client’s instructions, and under our agreement with the client. We do not use sensitive information for our own purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- Communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
- Connect you with our AI assistant via text message or voice to assist with your inquiry after you submit a form or request contact.
- Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and other service-related communications.
- Send marketing or promotional communications (only with appropriate consent — see Sections 5 and 6 — and you may opt out at any time).
- Manage client accounts and deliver contracted services.
- Screen, assess, and manage job applicants.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. This includes:
- Essential cookies required for the site to function.
- Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, which help us understand how visitors use our site.
- Advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google advertising tools, which help us measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
When advertising and analytics tools are active, limited information about your device and activity may be shared with platforms such as Meta and Google for measurement and ad targeting. Some privacy laws treat this kind of activity as “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, your browser settings, and recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can also opt out of personalized advertising directly through Meta and Google’s ad settings, and through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Text Messaging / SMS
If you opt in to receive text messages from AI Saige through our website, forms, or other channels, the following applies:
How It Works: After you submit a form on our website and opt in to text messaging, an AI assistant may reach out to you via text message to help with your inquiry. You may also receive follow-up messages related to your request.
Types of Messages. We separate the two kinds of texts we may send, and your consent is handled separately for each:
- Service / transactional messages, such as responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and informational updates about a service you requested.
- Marketing / promotional messages, such as offers, promotions, and updates about our services. We send these only if you have separately given prior express written consent to receive marketing texts. Marketing consent is never bundled with a purchase or service request.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the nature of your inquiry.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contact@aisaige.io.
AI Disclosure: Messages you receive may be generated by an AI assistant. By opting in, you acknowledge that you may be communicating with an AI-powered system rather than a human representative.
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation and availability may vary.
No Sharing of Opt-In Data: SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected through our opt-in process are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AI Saige.
Messages Sent on Behalf of Clients: When we send texts on behalf of a business client, consent is collected through that client’s opt-in process under a separate agreement, and the messages are sent under the client’s direction. Replying STOP to those messages opts you out of messages from that client’s program.
6. Voice and AI Calling
We operate AI voice agents that may place and receive phone calls, both for AI Saige and on behalf of our business clients. If you receive or place a call handled by one of our systems, the following applies:
AI Disclosure: Calls may be handled by an automated AI voice agent rather than a live person. Where required, the call will disclose that you are speaking with an automated system.
Call Recording and Transcription: Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service, maintain records, improve quality, train our team, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely. Where the law requires the consent of some or all parties to record a call, we provide notice and obtain that consent as required — typically through a disclosure at the beginning of the call.
Marketing vs. Service Calls. As with text messages, we treat the two kinds of calls separately:
- Service / transactional calls, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, and responses to a request you made.
- Marketing / promotional calls, which we or our clients place only where appropriate consent has been obtained, consistent with applicable telemarketing laws.
Do Not Call / Opt-Out: You may ask to opt out of future calls during any call, or by contacting us at contact@aisaige.io. We honor opt-out and Do Not Call requests and maintain internal suppression lists.
Calls on Behalf of Clients: When we place or receive calls on behalf of a business client, we act under that client’s direction, and consent and Do Not Call obligations are managed through the client’s program under a separate agreement.
7. Use of AI and Automated Processing
We use artificial intelligence and automated tools to deliver our services, including AI chatbots, AI voice agents, AI-assisted resume screening, and automated message handling. Communications you have with our AI systems may be processed by third-party AI, telephony, and transcription providers solely to deliver and operate the service.
- Model training. We use only our own first-party data — such as inquiries submitted to AI Saige and applicant materials submitted to us — to improve and develop our services and AI models. We do not use our clients’ data, or the communications, recordings, or transcripts of our clients’ leads or customers, to train our models.
- No voiceprints or biometric identification. We do not use call recordings to create voiceprints or to identify individuals through biometric characteristics.
- Human review. Automated tools assist our team but do not make final hiring decisions without human review.
8. Information for Clients
If you are a client, we collect and process information to provide AI automation, chatbot, voice, and related solutions as outlined in your service agreement. This may include storing business contact information, call recordings, transcripts, message logs, and integration data necessary to deliver the services.
When we process personal data belonging to your leads, customers, patients, or other contacts, we do so as your service provider, only to provide the services and on your instructions, and we rely on you to obtain any consents and provide any notices required for those communications. Data-handling, confidentiality, and return-or-deletion terms are set out in our agreement with you. We treat client data with strict confidentiality and use it only to fulfill our contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, or as otherwise permitted by our agreement.
9. Information for Job Applicants
If you apply to work with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We will collect and review your resume and application materials.
- We use AI tools to screen resumes to assess candidate fit.
- We may conduct AI Voice Screenings, during which you will speak with an AI voice agent as part of the evaluation process.
- These screenings are recorded and stored securely to assist our team in making hiring decisions. Final hiring decisions involve human review.
By submitting your application, you consent to the use of AI screening tools and the recording of these screenings for hiring purposes. We retain applicant data only for as long as necessary for the recruitment process or as required by law.
10. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate, including hosting, telephony and messaging providers, AI and voice/transcription providers, CRM and automation platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and payment processors. These providers may process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in Section 4.
- Partners or subcontractors involved in service delivery, under confidentiality agreements.
- Regulators or law enforcement when required by law or legal process.
- Successors in the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.
SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, as described in Section 5. All third parties are required to protect your data and process it in accordance with applicable law.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
For data we control, our general retention periods are:
- SMS and call consent / opt-in records: up to 5 years after the relationship ends, to document consent and comply with applicable law.
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 18 months, unless a longer period is required.
- SMS message logs: up to 18 months.
- Website inquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
- Applicant data (for applicants who are not hired): up to 1 year, unless a longer period is required by law.
For data we process on behalf of clients, retention is governed by our agreement with the client and applicable law.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
- Access or receive a copy of your data.
- Request corrections or updates.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising (note: we do not sell personal information for money; you can control advertising-related sharing as described in Section 4).
State privacy rights, including California. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the rights listed above, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@aisaige.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and where permitted you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
13. Do Not Call and Communication Preferences
We honor opt-out requests across all channels. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts, ask to opt out during a call, or email us at contact@aisaige.io to be added to our internal Do Not Call and suppression lists. We process these requests promptly and keep records of opt-outs.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
15. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable authorities as required by law.
16. U.S. Operations and International Users
AI Saige is based in the United States, and your data is processed in the United States. We do not direct our services to individuals outside the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website or messages may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
18. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes may be communicated via email or website notices.
